Make 8 servings| 30 minutes
For the biscuit:
100 gr ( 3.22 oz) Sugar
70 gr ( 2.25 oz)All purpose flour
30 gr 0.96 oz) unsweet Cocoa powder
Few Drops of Vanilla Extract
For the filling
200 ml Whipping Cream
2 tbsp confectioners sugar
200 gr ( 6.43 oz) Nutella
Heat the oven to 350 F degrees.
Separate yolks and white eggs.
Beat the yolks with sugar for at least 10 minutes in order to have them very fluffy.
In a separate bowl beat the whites.
Sift flour and cocoa powder two three times and set a side.
Add the beaten whites to the yolks very carefully mixing with a wooden spoon from the bottom to the top of the bowl. Add the flour and cocoa and drops of vanilla extract.
Lay a cookie sheet with parchment paper and pour the mixture.
Bake for 7/10 minutes.
Prepare another baking sheet with parchment paper and flip the biscuit over it. Remove the parchment paper on the back and roll the biscuit very tight. Let it cool down for 30 minutes ( if you are in a rush, put it in the refrigerator)
Meanwhile whip the cream with sugar.
Unroll the biscuit, spread the whipped cream on the surface and the Nutella. Roll again and let rest in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
