This banana bread is a come from a very tresaured recipe that a very kind friend handed to me as a welcome for my arrival in Cincinnati. The result Is moist and delicious cake with loads of banana flavor! Friends and family love this recipe and say it's by far the best! 1 cup 1/2 Sugar
1.8 oz ( 50 gr) Butter
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
1 cup 1/2 Flour All purpose
1/2 cup chopped Walnuts
Preheat the oven at 350 F degrees.
In a large bowl beat the eggs with the sugar. Add the melted butter and the salt.
In another bowl mash the bananas and add baking soda to them.
Alternately add flour and mashed bananas to the butter cream.
